What does WHO-GMP certification actually mean for your products?
It commits us to a documented standard on every batch rather than on a sample of them. Raw materials are quarantined and tested before they are used, in-process checks are recorded while a batch is running rather than after it has finished, and the decision to release a batch is made by someone other than the person who manufactured it.
Do you manufacture on behalf of other companies?
Yes — we take on contract and third-party manufacturing across the dosage forms we are approved for. A partner's batch runs through the same quality system, the same documentation and the same release process as our own.
Which therapeutic areas and dosage forms do you cover?
Eleven therapeutic areas, among them paediatric, respiratory, anti-infective, cardiovascular, diabetes and dermatology care. Those are made as tablets, capsules, liquid and dry syrups, ointments and nasal sprays — all of it developed, tested and packed under one roof.
How do I request a product list or place an order?
Send your requirement through the enquiry form and our team will come back with availability, pack sizes and commercial terms. Telling us the therapeutic area and the dosage form you need gets you a useful answer fastest.
How should a product complaint be reported?
Get in touch with the batch number and expiry date printed on the pack. The batch number is what lets us trace a specific batch back through its manufacturing and testing record, so quoting it is the difference between a general enquiry and a real investigation.
